Orders In

New orders pull from Magento automatically on a short interval, with customer, address, and line item detail intact. Nothing is exported by hand, so nothing gets picked twice or missed at 5PM on a Friday.

Inventory Out

On hand quantities push back to your catalog as stock moves, so your storefront reflects what is actually on the rack rather than what it was this morning.

Shipment and Tracking Back

When the order ships we post the shipment and tracking number to Magento, which fires your own customer notification and updates order status without anyone touching it.

Returns Reconciled

Returned units are inspected and dispositioned back to sellable stock, scrap, or return to vendor, and the resulting inventory change flows back the same way.

Multi Source Inventory
If you run MSI with several sources and stocks, we sync against the source assigned to us instead of overwriting your whole inventory picture.
Configurable and Bundle Products
A configurable parent is not a pickable item. We map to the child simple SKUs that physically exist on the shelf, and bundles are picked to their component list.
SKU Mapping and Dedupe
Your Magento SKU is matched to one inventory record here, so the same physical unit is never counted twice across a marketplace and your own store.
Order Status and Holds
Pending, on hold, and payment review orders stay unpicked until they clear, so a fraud review does not turn into a shipped package you cannot recall.

Magento Fulfillment Questions.

Do I need a developer to connect Magento?
No. We connect at the API level using credentials you generate in your admin. There is no theme change, no extension to maintain on your side, and no integration fee.
How long does setup take?
Usually one to two business days end to end: credentials, SKU mapping, then a live test order pushed through before your customers see it.
Does it work with Magento multi source inventory?
Yes. We sync against the source assigned to Envio rather than replacing your entire stock configuration, which matters if you keep some inventory in your own location.
How are configurable products handled?
We pick at the child simple SKU level, since that is the unit that physically exists. Bundles are picked to their component list and packed as one order.
What if my catalog is on Magento 1?
Send us the details. Magento 1 has been end of life since 2020, so the practical answer is often a flat file or API feed rather than a native connector. We will tell you honestly which path applies rather than promising a plug in that does not exist.
How fast do Magento orders ship?
Same as every other channel: orders received by 1PM CST are picked and shipped the same day, and orders received by 4PM CST are picked the same day and ship the next business morning.
