Prep Built to Spec. Marketplaces Run Like a Channel.
FNSKU and WFS labels applied, units polybagged, multipacks built, cartons and pallets constructed to carton limits, shipment plans cut and freight booked into the fulfillment center. No rejected shipments, no prep chargebacks.
Then the part most 3PLs will not touch: we are in Seller Central every day. Account management, listing and content fixes, removals, and case work, on the same invoice as the floor.
Marketplaces Punish You for Getting the Details Wrong.
Amazon and Walmart do not negotiate. A missing label, an overweight carton, or a shipment plan that does not match what showed up becomes a chargeback, a receiving delay, or inventory stranded in a building you cannot walk into.
Prep Fees You Never Agreed To
Units that arrive unlabeled or unbagged get prepped by Amazon at Amazon's rate, then billed back to you per unit with a compliance note attached.
Three Vendors for One Shipment
A prep house, a warehouse, and an agency, each blaming the other two when a shipment gets held. Three invoices, no single owner of the outcome.
Inventory Stranded in the Network
Suppressed listings, unfulfillable units, and aged removals sitting in a fulfillment center burning storage fees because nobody owns the account work.
Prep on the Floor, Plus the Account Work Behind It.
Six capability groups. Everywhere else, prep is a line item you buy. Here it is a channel we operate for you.
Amazon FBA Prep
FNSKU labeling, polybagging with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap on fragile, carton weight and dimension limits respected, box content data submitted.
- Case pack and individual unit prep both handled
- Expiry and lot dating on consumable categories
- Hazmat and liquid requirements checked before prep
Walmart WFS Prep
WFS labeling and packaging to Walmart's own spec, which is not Amazon's. Separate shipment builds, separate carton rules, separate paperwork.
- WFS item labels applied to unit or case
- Pallet build to Walmart routing requirements
- Split inventory across FBA and WFS from one pool
Multipacking & Bundling
2 packs through 6 packs built, wrapped, and labeled as a single sellable unit. Published per unit rates, wrap only or wrap plus label.
- Single SKU multipacks off the published sheet
- Mixed SKU bundles and kits quoted per project
- Priced against dim rules so the pack still makes money
Labeling & Relabeling
FNSKU, WFS, UPC, lot, and expiry labels applied to unit or case. Label removal and relabeling on a channel switch or a recalled batch, same rate.
- Move existing inventory between channels without reordering
- Cover labels applied where the platform requires it
- We print the labels, you do not ship us stickers
Seller Central Account Management
The wedge. We work your account, not just your freight: shipment plans, restock recommendations, case work, and reimbursement claims on lost or damaged units.
- Shipment plans created and freight booked into the FC
- Listing and content fixes on suppressed or flat detail pages
- Cases opened and chased until they close
Removals & FC Returns
Removal orders received back at our facility, inspected, graded, and put back into sellable stock instead of written off inside the marketplace.
- Unfulfillable units pulled before they age into fees
- Graded, repackaged, relabeled, and resent or sold DTC
- Disposal on your instruction, documented
From Your Supplier to a Live Listing, in Six Steps.
This is the sequence a marketplace shipment actually runs through, and who owns each step. Spoiler: it is us.
Audit the Prep Requirements
We go through your catalog against current FBA and WFS requirements: what needs a polybag, what needs expiry dating, what will trip a hazmat review, what packs better as a bundle.
Receive and Reconcile
Your production run lands and gets counted against the packing list the same day. Shortages get flagged to you before they turn into a shipment plan that cannot be filled.
Prep to Spec
Labeled, bagged, bundled, and packed out per platform. Our labels, our consumables, priced per unit off the published sheet so you can model the cost before you commit.
Build the Shipment Plan
Created in your Seller Central account, split across the destinations the platform assigns, with box content data submitted so receiving does not stall on a manual count.
Ship Into the Network
Parcel or LTL pallets, booked and labeled, out of Houston. Ground service reaches most of the FC network fast, and reserve storage stays here instead of in Amazon's building.
Confirm Receipt, Then Restock
We watch the shipment receive, reconcile it against what we sent, open a case on the difference, and tell you when the next tranche needs to go so you never drop out of stock.
Send in what you need, keep the rest here. Reserve inventory stored with us at $25 per pallet per month, drip fed into the marketplace as it sells, beats paying network storage on a quarter of stock that has not moved yet. Same pool serves your DTC orders on the 1PM CST cutoff.
DTC Fulfillment Detail →What Prep Costs Here.
The prep lines off our standard sheet, per unit. Most prep centers quote you a range on a call. This is the number.
Valid through December 31, 2026 · USD
Multipack pricing is based on a single SKU. Mixed SKU bundles are subject to a custom quote. Labels and standard prep consumables are ours, included in the per unit rate. Custom packaging you supply is stored and handled at the pallet rates above.
No Prep Minimums. No Term. No Exit Fee.
Prep houses love a monthly unit minimum. We do not have one. You pay per unit prepped, month to month, and we earn the next shipment.
If you would rather trade flexibility for a better rate, a three to six month term earns 15% off and nine months or longer earns 25% off. Optional, never a condition of getting quoted.
Everywhere Else, Prep Is a Line Item. Here It's a Channel We Operate.
We came out of omnichannel growth consulting, which is why we are in Seller Central daily instead of just palletizing your freight. The same team that labels your units reads your margin: true landed cost per unit, packaging priced against dim rules, sell through by channel.
So the answer is not just whether the shipment got received. It is whether that SKU should get more inventory, a repack, or a kill decision.
Packaging Priced Against Dim Rules
A bundle that crosses a size tier can cost more in fees than it earns in AOV. We check the pack against the fee table before we build ten thousand of them.
True Margin per SKU, per Channel
Prep cost, referral and fulfillment fees, returns rate, and storage burn against real sell through. Amazon margin and DTC margin are rarely the same number.
Restock Timing Off Real Inventory
We hold your reserve stock, so we know exactly what is available to send and when the next tranche has to move to keep a hero SKU in stock.
One Invoice, One Owner
Prep, storage, freight, DTC, and account work on one statement. Nobody left to blame, which is exactly the point.
Import, Prep, and Send In, All Within Twenty Minutes of the Port.
Most marketplace sellers import. Our Houston facility is positioned for Gulf Coast imports, so a container gets received and prepped here, then ships into the network without a cross country leg in the middle.
ENVIO is founder run on purpose. When a shipment gets held or a listing goes suppressed the week of a promo, you talk to the operator who can fix it, not a ticket queue that will get back to you.
Prep Questions, Answered Without a Call.
FBA prep is everything Amazon requires before it will receive your inventory: an FNSKU label on every sellable unit, polybagging with a suffocation warning where required, protective packaging on fragile items, expiry dating on consumables, carton weight and dimension limits, and box content data submitted with the shipment plan. You can absolutely do it yourself at low volume. Past a few hundred units a month it becomes a full time job with a chargeback attached to every mistake.
Both, and we treat them as separate specs because they are. WFS has its own labeling, packaging, and routing requirements, and a carton that passes at Amazon can get flagged at Walmart. We prep to whichever platform the shipment is going to, out of the same inventory pool, so you are not buying two production runs to sell on two channels.
Item labeling is $0.75 per unit, and that covers FNSKU, WFS, UPC, lot, or expiry labels, including relabeling and label removal. Multipacks run $1.25 for a 2 pack up to $1.80 for a 6 pack with wrap and label, or $0.90 to $1.50 wrap only. Polybagging, carton limits, pallet build, and shipment plans bill off those same rates. Kitting and mixed SKU bundles are quoted per project. There is no monthly prep minimum.
Yes, and this is the part that makes us different from a prep center. With user permissions you grant, we create shipment plans, submit box content, fix suppressed or incomplete listings, open and chase cases, file reimbursement claims on lost or damaged units, and manage removals. Scope is set with your quote and priced monthly.
Standard prep runs start the business day after receipt is reconciled, and most shipments are prepped, palletized, and tendered inside two to three business days depending on unit count and pack complexity. Restock urgency changes the order of the queue, so tell us when a SKU is about to go out of stock and it moves up.
Yes. Removal orders come back to our facility, get inspected and graded, and go one of three ways: relabeled and sent back in as sellable, moved to your DTC pool, or disposed of on your instruction with documentation. Aged unfulfillable units are one of the quietest margin leaks in a marketplace business, so we pull them before the fees compound.
Usually not. Network storage is expensive, restock limits can cap what you send, and inventory sitting in a fulfillment center cannot serve your DTC or wholesale orders. Holding reserve stock here at $25 per pallet per month and drip feeding the channel as it sells is cheaper and gives you one pool that serves every channel.
We reconcile what the platform received against what we sent, carton by carton, then open the case and pursue the reimbursement. Because we prepped it and shipped it, there is no argument about whose count was wrong, which is the whole reason splitting prep across three vendors costs you money.
